Users review: Following the announcement that the girl with the Dragon Tattoo film processing was English, I decided that the hype had built to a point where I just had to read the material for myself. Though not without flaws, Dragon Tattoo is an excellent story with an important mission to raise awareness about violence against women. Simple Days after book, I watched the Swedish film. The hype train has me excited for excellent thriller. The hype train let me down.I left cold and slightly annoyed by Swedish adaptation. A ton of important plot elements were left out, some were inexplicably added (Blomkvist memories of the island was too important and artificial), and Rapace felt totally wrong when Lisbeth. She was brilliant and violent, but lacked the quiet thoughtfulness of the original character. It does not come as autistic and emotionally disturbed, just bratty and rude. Worst of all, I was always confused by too fast, take on strange new story. As a lover of foreign films, I usually grind my teeth when I hear that the United States is developing a remake. But I found myself desperate for this one. I needed a movie that actually gave me the experience of reading the book for the first time, which made me care for Lisbeth and that really disturbed me. Fortunately, the American adaptation (not a remake) delivered exactly what I was looking for. Those who say this is not necessary or rehash version has seen many different Swedish Girl with the Dragon Tattoo than seen. The American administration is packed with scenes that either skimmed or completely off the Swedish version. However, despite more robust the Dragon Tattoo English-language incredible pace, feel less rushed yet hitting the important plot points. The characters have time to develop and grow on you, clue search makes more sense, and the murderer is more horrifying. Zaillian scripts know exactly what to omit and what to change (although the end, reflecting the book ends, could have been better organized). Craig, Mara, and even Plummer are spot-on in their roles as characters and feel full. Women, particularly living in non Rapace Lisbeth Larsson. It captures silent nature of Lisbeth perfectly borderline autistic. Her fragile body and alien appearance even match the books description. It appears to be vulnerable, but clearly regret it over time. Its captivating performance.If someone were to ask me personally what version to watch, I would say without hesitation that this is the rare occasion where the American adaptation is superior. I do not think it was possible to stay as true to the story under three hours. |

Users review: Anyone involved in the world as at least learn to listen Barret classic Cloudy With Chance of Meatballs. As a teacher, I was thrilled to learn it was a movie made. He's almost painful to watch, but I think it's what makes him so lovable - feel sorry for him. Anywho, in a desperate attempt to prove his worth to his father, he invented a machine that turns water into food. And thus the advent of air conditioning brands of Swallow Falls (later renamed BARRETS Chewandswallow). Frankly, I was surprised with the conspiracy went beyond this - while still maintaining the basis of the book . He had a great spirit and character of ADHD over-the-top. This will probably annoy many souls, but I found a winning combination for those who can put up with it all. In fact, you need to have the heart and mind of a child for this, but if you can call them up, you will see impressed.I it in a common format, but Im sure there is a call edge in 3D. Users review: Honestly, I came to this film as well as the expectations of another movie trailer I who saw me myself a 50% chance to see it made to the already if you will. But from the moment the film began, to the end, I was grasping for the characters all the way to play the way the film should be.The film opening a large role in the tone of the rest of the film. While I have no history or knowledge of the events that have transpired in Iran in the 1980s, is the value of a short history lesson just enough to keep my interest. Throughout the film, there are times when I started to dialogue can wander through long periods of time, but kept funny comments from the characters that entertain me. With peak-time was reached, I was sitting on the edge of my seat, biting my fingers and waiting for their next Ben move.Well done, well done. |

Users review: This movie was almost perfect for me, and let me explain why: featuring three actors (you can call it) against playing incredibly well. I dont know how accurate they were compared with the real criminals, but as individual characters are pitch perfect (and Rock, who can really stole the show for me). Tony Shaloub not the actor laughed, played with impressive 3 dimensional even despicable character who forced me to try to come to terms with how I ing til victim.And with him, what really made the film for me was phenomenal writing and directing together, there was a great comedy at a time when their edge is in the black, something that would not work, but it does! My problems only movement is that it is a true story. From what Ive heard its not based on a true story, is sensational docu-drama added humor ... Christ (re-read after seeing the film and then you're so funny ... I hope) TL, DR version is not intended for children, great movie with great casting, writing, directing, camera, etc., but it loses a point for taking so sad, great story, and make it painfully funny. |
